About The Client
Our client is a world leading financial service company who is looking for Assistant/IT Project Lead to manage payment application development projects.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a small team
- Perform project management from project planning, budgeting to project delivery
- Involve in full SDLC including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, system roll-out and post launch system maintenance
- Work with internal IT team and external vendors to ensure all contractual commitments and deliverable are successfully and completely delivered on time with high quality
- Act as a key technical point-of-contact for projects and as the face of the IT team to client
- Coach and mentor junior programmer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Minimum 6 year relevant experience in application/system design and development
- Hands-on experience in project management
- Hands-on experience in using the following languages: AngularJS, Java, Spring boot, Spring boot, Docker/Kubernetes
- Practical experience in working with one of the following data storage: Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, Kafka
- Strong in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A good team player with strong analytical and trouble shooting skills, and self-motivated
- Excellent command in written and spoken in English and Cantonese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
