About The Client
Our client is a global leading luxury retail brand and they are looking for Assistant/Project Manager (SAP) to manage global system roll out.
Job Description
- Responsible for SAP (finance & logistic) system implementation, enhancement, and maintenance for the region
- Involve in project implementation include gap analysis, blueprint and user requirement analysis
- Act as a product owner to monitor ticketing system and provide instructions to regional IT application support team for resolving application support issues
- Liaise with application, infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure the deliverables' quality
- Escalate and manage enhancement and evolution requests, and deploy new solutions for the region
- Prepare user training to enable the user to operate the system appropriately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP system implementation in regional scope, preferably from global retail industry
- Proficient in SAP FICO, SD and MM
- Familiar with SAP ECC, S/4HANA or Concur will be an advantage
- Excellent in project management with proven experience in vendor management
- Ability to work with all business levels, good interpersonal skills
- MUST strong in both verbal and written English and Chinese
