About Our Client:
Our client is one of the renowned Food & Beverage chain store in HK, they are now looking for a Assistant Store Project Manager to join their team
About The Role:
Reporting to the team manager and support whole project cycle, including new store project, renovation and improvement work; from project coordination with different parties such as landlords, designers, operation team, contractors, suppliers, in-house technicians...etc to the site work and cost supervision.
The Successful Applicant:
- Degree/ diploma holder in Construction, Engineering, Building Surveying or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of store project management experience, preferably in FMCG & F&B chained industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proven knowledge of E&M is a must
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer
