Our client is a sizeable and fast growing bank. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a motivated Talent Management Manager to support with company growth by attracting, engaging, developing and retaining the best talent in the market.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Organisation Development, your primary focus is to modify, execute and embed of company's TM practices and partners with different BUs to support company's sustainable growth. You are also required to maintain a strategic employee value proposition to support the company manpower planning and retain top talents within the business. You are responsible to design and conduct training to employees while monitor and review the progress of the training through surveys on regular basic. You will also be managing a small team and participate in ad hoc talent-related projects.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant, you should have a business related degree with over 8 years experiences in learning and development area. Experience working for bank and / or financial institutions highly regarded. Sound knowledge with latest L&D trends and experience driving talent framework from scratch will be key to success. You should be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills, also someone who can deliver under tight deadlines. Successful applicant should possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with both Cantonese and English. Less experienced candidate will be consider as the role of assistant manager.
