Assistant Tax Manager/ Tax Manager - Up to HKD 55K
About the Client
Our client is a US listed manufacturer with over 10 jurisdictions in Asia Pacific. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for an all-rounded tax professional to join their regional office in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Report into Senior Tax Manager
- Work closely with US corporate tax team and external tax advisors for tax reporting and filing
- Handle tax research and tax planning to facilitate corporate restructuring and M&A
- Involve in transfer pricing and relevant documentation
- Handle US GAAP tax accounting and reconciliations for APAC
- Take up any ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of tax accounting and advisory experience in multinational corporations and/or Big4
- Regional tax planning/ advisory experience is an advantage
- Good understanding of US GAAP is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is an advantage
