Assistant Vice President/ Vice President, IBD Division
About the Client
Our client is a rapidly expanding financial institution. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for an Assistant Vice President/ Vice President to join their IBD division and manage their team.
About the Role
You will supervise a team and facilitate the execution of full spectrum of investment banking assignments, especially ECM, DCM, M&A deals. You will assess the investment targets by conducting market research, valuation analysis and financial modelling. You will devise deal structure and lead team members to prepare pitching materials, tender proposals, teasers and marketing materials. You will lead the initiation and post loan management in structured finance deals. You will communicate and coordinate with clients, professional parties, and other stakeholders. You will manage and develop existing team members.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Investment, Business Administration or equivalent
- CFA qualification is an advantage
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience from investment banking division
- End-to-end deal execution experience is required
- Team management experience is required
- Result-driven, commercial, fast-paced
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
