About the Client
Our client is a leading private equity real estate investment group managing more than US$10 billion of gross asset spanning across 14 markets in Asia. Due to its aggressive business growth plan, the team is looking for an ambitious talent to join as Associate, Asset Management in the sales & marketing team for the residential project in the region.
About the Role
- Report to VP of Asset Management
- Property market research & pricing analysis
- Sales strategy recommendation, including prices, payment plans, sales methodology
- Land Acquisition research
- Sales operation logistics and legal document preparation
Requirement
- Degree in Surveying/ Statistics/ Real Estate/ Accounting or related with at least 3-5 years relevant experience
- Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
- Knowledge in property-related ordinance and statistical modelling tools is preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
