Our client is a leading bank; as part of business expansion and team restructuring, they are now hiring for an additional headcount within the C&B team, and seeking for seasoned C&B professional with 15+ years' experience from sizeable banking platforms to join.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of C&B, you will oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of C&B policies and programmes that support company objectives and local practices. You will ensure the existing programmes are up to date and in compliance with regulations / law, and to provide HR and leadership to the team with ongoing consultation, whilst developing processes and tools that would facilitate the administration of effective, equitable programmes. You will serve as the internal advisor on all C&B related matters being the expert for C&B principles and practices.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 15+ years relevant C&B experience acquired from financial services sector. You will be the expert in local regulatory and legal requirements, and sound track record assuming a senior C&B position with team leading exposure. You will be strong with statistical analysis skills, also the tactful communications skills influencing senior executives.
