Job Description
Our client is well known for its commitment in developing programs to support the young talents in Hong Kong and they are looking for a Lead to manage the assigned program from end to end.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Division Head, you will develop and execute the programs, initiates the ideas to promote its outreach to the targeted audience and community. You will partner with external parties including educational organization, NGO, social services sector to cohost the events, charity campaigns to show and sustain the commitment to the locals in need. Given the heritage of the program, you will support the operation of the secretariat, manage the annual plan and budget, oversee the performance of recruitment and partnership projects. Your another prime responsibility is to build the bonding among the fellowship, and continuously engaging them to create a greater social impact.
Requirements:
- University degree in communications, marketing, and other related disciplines
- 12+ years marketing experience & program management related to education
- Exposure in fellowship, scholarship, and exchange programs
- Network with university, NGO and social services sector
- Detail minded, strong judgement, sound problem solving skills
- Strong written and spoken skills in English and Chinese
