Our client is a leading commercial bank that is looking for a seasoned HR shared services professional to join, for providing strategic guidance and direction to the dedicated team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will provide leadership, oversight and direction for the shared services team which comprises of payroll, HR operations and leaves administration. You will provide guidance and direction for implementation and ongoing improvements, also held accountable for the development, implementation, evaluation and improvements of the client interaction framework (business partnering). On top of which, a key focus of this role will be around effective communication and implementation of Balanced Scorecard Performance Management system in the bank as part of the business' people development strategy.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 20+ years relevant HR shared services experience acquired from sizeable banks, experience around Balanced Scorecard and/or business analytics will be essential. You will also have strong track record in a management position and with excellent project management and process improvement know-how. As the team lead, you will demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team, and also demonstrate tactful communications skills dealing effectively with all business contacts.
