Our client is a leading bank that is looking for a seasoned HR shared services / operational C&B professional to join as their team lead. This role requires hands on experience on both HR operations (i.e. payroll, benefit administration, tax reporting and disclosure, etc.) and HRIS projects including process re-engineering and transformation.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will oversee the shared services team which comprises of payroll, HR operations, HRIS system upgrade, and revamp / renew of existing policies. You will provide guidance and direction for implementation and ongoing improvements, also held accountable for the development, implementation, evaluation and improvements of the client interaction framework (business partnering). On top of which, a key focus of this role will be around effective communication and implementation of Balanced Scorecard Performance Management system in the bank as part of the business' people development strategy. This is a hands on role within a fast and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 15+ years relevant HR shared services experience acquired from sizeable banks, experience around Balanced Scorecard and/or business analytics will be an advantage. You will also have strong track record in a management position and with excellent project management and process improvement know-how. As the team lead, you will demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team, and also demonstrate tactful communications skills dealing effectively with all business contacts. Chinese and English will be required for this role, and competitive package will be offered to attract the best.
