About the Client
Our client is a well-established organisation with over 50 years of history. Due to the recent transformation in the HR team, they are looking for an Associate Director in Talent Management to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will lead a small team in collaborating with each business division on their talent strategies. This role will be a key contributor in shaping and delivering the Group's talent planning roadmap as you are expected to design effective and innovative programs for current employees. You will also be involved in developing and adopting relevant assessment tools during the recruitment process.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Organisation Development, or Psychology with at least 15 years of related work experience and a track record of management experience of minimum 8 years. You should have a successful track record of designing and driving talent programs. You should possess the latest talent management tools and with accreditation from recognisable coaching and assessment organisations. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
