Our client is a US listed global player in equipment distribution with a growing presence in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a young and energetic Associate Human Resources Director to join their team in Singapore.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, you will be an individual contributor to start with, taking care of any related matters of a regional business unit. You will ensure all HR operations are in order and efficient. As mentioned, you will assist VP Sales in driving business efficiency in the local markets and give any suitable advice on business operations. You will formulate and revise any necessary internal policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 15 years in the Human Resources field and 5 years in a Senior HR Manager position with APAC coverage. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills with a solid knowledge in all aspects of HR management. You should be a strong business partner to the business with good business insight of the local market. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
