About Our Client
Our client is a leading luxury hospitality group with global presence, especially in China. They are now inviting a seasoned Deputy Head of HR calibre to join and oversee the Human Resources function whilst support with the business group's upcoming transformation initiatives.

About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will undertake a transformation role for the HR Department, from an organization that is transactional and tactifcal in nature into one that is strategic and focused on exemplary customer service. You will oversee, manage and implement this transformation and newly designed operating model. You will drive strategic planning, operational excellence, project management, and on-going monitoring of key transformation initiatives across the business with a focus on transforming HR from a function of service delivery to a driver of strategic talent, business outcomes and overall employee experience. You will provide structure, governance, and leading practice recommendations for the transformation including, but not limited to, project management, risk management, change management, budget oversight, and management of concurrent transformation initiatives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR pro who understands the importance of helping companies redefine how work gets done is vital to success in the digital age. You will demonstrate the skills, the know-how and the tools to help the business and internal customers understand what the future of work will look like and to help the company make the change. You will ideally come with at least 20+ years of relevant HR experience around driving organisation-wide changes within a Regional and / or Greater China scope; prior exposure working within a consulting environment will be ideal. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese required for this role.
