About The Client
Our client is a sizeable local corporation in Hong Kong with a population of over 1500+ pax. They are currently hiring an Associate HR Director to take lead of the HRBP team with 10 pax. Candidates with experience taking lead of the HR function and working for property management, engineering, architectural related sectors will be highly regarded.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will take lead of the HRBP function, and assume the following responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 10 pax
- Work closely with respective business leaders on achieving strategic business goals and objectives by providing sound HR insights and solutions
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment, on-off board, employee wellness and engagement, polcy review and ensuring industry compliance standards
- Lead HR projects including performance management, succession planning etc
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Pschology or related disciplines
- Minimum 20+ years of HR Business Partner or Account Servicing experience acquired from property or engineering or construction sector, with at least 10 years on management level
- Prior experience working within sizeable companies with a matrix structure, someone who can manage and influence senior stakeholders whilst facilitating business decisions
- Well-versed with local labour ordinance and industry laws/regulations
- Analytical and meticulous; a team player who values collaboration also a proven people leader
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
