KOS International is the 1st listed recruitment firm in Hong Kong. As part of business expansion, we are hiring a results-driven (Associate) Consultant to join as part of the Financial Services team, focusing in Legal & Compliance recruitment.
About The Role
Reporting into the team manager, you will be the middleman match-making clients' and candidates' recruitment needs. You will support clients on candidate searching, working on assignments across a dedicated patch within Legal & Compliance; including placing job adverts on job boards and relevant social media channels; keep abreast of latest market trends and candidates / clients updates; build rapport with clients recognising their needs whilst be proactive generating new business through a dedicated sales approach placing right candidates to clients within a shortest turnaround time. Our company invests heavily in training and development and will actively encourage your career development.
Requirements
To qualify, you will be degree educated with minimum 2 years' experience working within banking, hospitality and/or relevant servicing sector. Prior sales experience will be highly regarded, proficiency in Chinese and English will be essential. You will also demonstrate the confidence and can-do attitude excelling in a fast-paced, sales targeted environment. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant.
