KOS Staffing Limited provides full spectrum of staffing services covering permanent, contract and part-time positions as well as contracting & payroll services in a wide range of frontline & call centre operations. With our continuous expansion plan, we are looking for several Associate Consultants to join our fast expanding team in Hong Kong.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager, this is a hands-on role. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Perform market Mapping, candidates searching and provide support to the assigned assignments
- Candidates screening and identifying potential candidates from interview
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationship with existing clients and candidate
About the person
- Degree holder (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful, self-driven and target-oriented
- Good team player, creative and innovative
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight and aggressive deadline
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
