Associate/ Vice President - PE Fund
About the Client
Our client is a co-sponsored private equity fund with an aggressive investment plan in the TMT sector. Currently, they are looking for a seasoned Associate/Vice President to join their Hong Kong team.
About the Role
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Conduct market research, valuation and due diligence
- Involve in deal structuring and deal negotiation
- Prepare investment recommendation memorandums for the Investment Committee
- Responsible for post-investment management
- Conduct performance analysis for the portfolio investments
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Management, Finance, Investment, Real Estate or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in either private equity/ real estate fund/ investment banking
- Experience in telecommunications, data center and/or real estate sector is preferred
- CFA qualification is a plus
- Solid research and financial modelling skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proactive, detail-minded and well-organized
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
