We are representing a reputable bank and looking for a Assistant Vice President of Administration and Property Services to join and supervise the team.
About the Role
- Reporting to the Head of Admin and Group Property Services Head
- Lead a small team and responsible for facilities and project management, including office/ branch renovation and relocation, equipment and facilities supplies and maintenance
- Plan and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders on leasing matters
- Responsible for budgeting, cost planning and reports for management approval
- Review on existing administration policies and procedures
- Handle manpower planning on admin supporting staff in offices and branches
- Assist in any ad hoc project if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in building studies / building surveying / facilities management or other related discipline
- With minimum 6 years of office admin/ facilities and project management experience in sizeable firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Advance in MS Office and knowledge of design drafting software
