About our Client

We are representing a reputable bank and looking for a Assistant Vice President of Administration and Property Services to join and supervise the team.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Head of Admin and Group Property Services Head
  • Lead a small team and responsible for facilities and project management, including office/ branch renovation and relocation, equipment and facilities supplies and maintenance
  • Plan and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders on leasing matters
  • Responsible for budgeting, cost planning and reports for management approval
  • Review on existing administration policies and procedures
  • Handle manpower planning on admin supporting staff in offices and branches
  • Assist in any ad hoc project if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in building studies / building surveying / facilities management or other related discipline
  • With minimum 6 years of office admin/ facilities and project management experience in sizeable firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Advance in MS Office and knowledge of design drafting software
