About our Client
Our client is a well-known sizeable Investment Bank looking for an agile AVP, Human Resources Business Partner to join the team.
About the Role
- Act as a strategic HR business partner and provide HR services to the business units including manpower planning, talent management, staff issues and performance management
- Support the year end performance management and compensation process, working closely with your regional HR Business partner and Compensation and Benefits partner during the annual performance and pay review salary and bonus cycle.
- Actively participate in the annual job matching exercise and regularly conduct compensation analysis to highlight key areas of concern in assigned business group(s).
- Establish and maintain rapport with line managers, recruiters, and other banking HR counterparts to maintain market awareness to enhance efficiency of staffing activities.
- Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
- Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 7+ years of experience on HRBP in the banking industry
- Proven track record on supporting Front Office division(s) would be a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Associate, HRBP
