Our client within the commercial banking sector is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with solid banking experience to join their team and overseeing the support function business units.
About The Role
Reporting into the VP, Human Resources, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of a high quality, comprehensive customer focused HRBP service in support of the HR strategy to meet business needs. You will proactively support the delivery of HR processes and implements changes as needed so as to minimise risk. You will build strong business relationships with senior stakeholders and provide create HR solutions to maximise impact; this is a true HR Business Partnering position involving talent acquisition, talent management, performance enablement and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with minimum 8+ years HR Business Partnering experience acquired from banking sector. You'd have a stable career track record in previous employment, and demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills liaising with all levels of staff. You will also be a proactive, self-motivated individual who can excel with minimal supervision, and someone who can provide solution working well under a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
