About the Client
Our client is a Hong Kong based, multi-branded food and beverage group with long term development plans. To cope with their expansion plan, they are looking for a Baker to join their company.
About the Role
- Design, execute and improve recipes of bread and tarts
- Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and to enhance presentation of finished goods
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Manage budget and keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory and production levels
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Requirements
- High School Diploma or above
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Work well independently or with a team
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Flexibility to work morning, weekend or evening shifts
