About the Client
Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Mobile Developer for the mobile development team.
About the Role
You will be support the entire mobile application lifecycle (idea, design, test, release and support). You will produce fully functional mobile application writing code adhere to high quality standards and gather specific requirements and suggest solutions. You will need to conduct unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions; investigate and fix them
You will be responsible for:
- Code, test, debug for mobile and other e-channel systems
- Design interfaces to improve user experience
- Liaise with business user to plan new features of mobile applications
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
- Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
- Assist in technical acceptance test and user acceptance test activities
- Perform application code review
- Perform roll-out and conversion activities
- Own and implement product backlog items
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support the application lifecycle
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary education in computer science and related subject
- 3 years of mobile programming in native (iOS & Android) and hybrid mobile applications
- Proven experience in Java, Spring, JSON/XML, SQL, React, Cordova
- Knowledge of Rest API, Java Hibernate, DevOps (Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, UCD, Docker)
- Strong communication skill
- Proficient in English & Chinese (verbal & written)
