About our Client
Our client is a listed international hotel group with hotels operating in 100 countries around the world. To cope with their expansion plan for their food and beverage division in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Banquet Service Manager to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will plan and manage banquet operations for corporate and private events. You will guide your team in delivering exceptional quality service to guests, and to ensure all banqueting facilities are maintained in the highest standards. You will inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies. Lastly, you will also work closely with cross functional department heads and customers to meet customer's satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Hotel or Catering Management related discipline
- Minimum 5 years hotel banquet service working experience
- Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate
- Willingness to work on shift hours
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
