Our client is looking for a CRM expert to lead the overall strategies to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer activities and translate into business insights to optimize ROI
- Build CRM strategy and communication to each of key client segments
- Provide intelligence to support and advice on marketing strategies and CRM activities
- Collaborate with store management team for in store and off store CRM campaigns and agreed KPI
- Work with IT team to analyze and resolve CRM program issues
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with CRM processes and tools
- Analytical, detail-minded, hands on and result driven
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
