Job Description
Our client is a Leading Financial Services Group based in Hong Kong. They are looking for several Officers to join the Branch Securities Services Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to Branch Manager, you will be responsible in providing updated market information, including stock prices and charts to customers.
- Able to receive, execute and confirm stock buy/sell orders.
- Provide service for any other securities related products/services, e.g. SISP, IPOs and margin financing.
- Generate daily transaction report and reconcile details against customer orders, and pass to ABM of the stationing branch for verification.
- Escalate any problems arising from daily routines and customer comments/complaints to business/branch manager.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or equivalent with qualification in RI licensing under HKMA is a must.
- Minimum 2 year experience in banking industry.
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Officer.
