About Our Client
Our client is a renowned brand with 80+ retail stores in Hong Kong. To cope with their expansion plans, they are looking for 2 Branch Supervisors/Store Supervisors to join their growing business.
Responsibility
- Lead a team of Customer Service / Sales to provide excellent customer service to members
- Build up and maintain good relationships with members
- Recruit new members, handle members' enquiries and complaints
- Supervise the branch activities, administration work and any ad-hoc issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 3+ years of Sales/CS experience, preferably with experience in leading small teams/subordinates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
