About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with assets mainly focus in Hong Kong Island. In order to provide pleasant shopping experience, they are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a team to handle routine maintenance of building or building services of shopping mall
- Involve in daily site work and coordinate with consultants and contractors in work arrangement
- To prepare tender for A&A and upgrading works, and planned maintenance schedule
- Conduct feasibility study to convert shops with different purpose
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or above in Building Surveying or related disciplines
- 4 years' or above experience in commercial buildings, shopping malls
- Professional Qualification such as HKIS or RICS is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Cheerful, open-minded and good communication skills
