Our client is a group-level conglomerate with a solid business foundation in Hong Kong. With the need for digital transformation, they looking for business analysts with mobile/web project experience
About the role
- Involving in the development projects on mobile applications & web platforms
- Collecting and analyzing user requirements to come up with recommendations for productivity enhancement
- Coordinating with project management duties, including process mapping, budgeting, team management, reporting to senior management
- Liaising with internal parties and external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Researching and design IT solutions and support to other application systems of the group
- Participating in UAT, bug fixing, and troubleshooting in order to deliver excellent outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 1-3 years of working experience in the IT project management sector, preferably with project experience in web/mobile application development
- Working experience in the retail/media industry is a plus
- Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with teams to achieve a better outcome
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese(Mandarin & Cantonese)
