About our Client
Our client is a well-established brand offering multiple businesses in the region. A new opportunity now exists for a senior sales and marketing stakeholder to join their team as Business & Marketing Director.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong, you are the owner of an assigned business stream which offers an integrated IT solutions to the corporations. You will lead a scalable and capable team to develop marketing strategy across product positioning, offering and pricing. You will identify the market gap to tap into different differentiated needs as required by the clients. You will think forward to explore new solutions, working with the external partners to create a tailor made business proposal to the clients. Your team will assist you to formulate and execute creative marketing programs including seminars, tailor made workshops and online marketing to generate the sales leads and provide product education to the clients. This is a high level commercial opportunity for an individual who has a strong passion to build the business consistently and continuously.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in business management / IT or Engineering
- 16+ years sales & marketing experience from B2B
- Knowledge of network application and ICT is preferred
- Hands on full business cycle exposure including sales strategy, product marketing, client pitching, project management and PNL ownership
- Entrepreneur mindset, result driven and strong leadership
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
