Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A Support: Assist the CEO in conducting market research to identify potential M&A targets. Participate in due diligence, including but not limited to financial, legal, and operational reviews. Assist in preparing M&A proposals and negotiation strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee the operations of overseas projects to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
- Risk Management:Identify and assess potential risks in overseas operations.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and overseas teams, partners, and investors.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a Investment Bank/Corporate with experience in M&A and project management preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
