About Our Client
Our client is a reputable Chinese retail brand, with global business presence. They are currently looking for a Business Assistant to Chairman and station in their CEO office in China.
About the Role
- Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Plan and coordinate international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide real-time translation services during meetings, conferences, and calls.
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience of executive assistant/ business strategies/ assistant to C-level from banking and fiance and professional services industries
- Ideally with commercial, business analyst and business project management experience
- Detail-oriented, motivated and dynamic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Frequent travel with Chairman is required
