With their continuous expansion plan, they are now inviting a high-caliber individual to join their business development team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of 5, you will expand new and existing multi-branded restaurants in Hong Kong, China and SEA. You will expand company's existing restaurant brands and develop partnership with regional franchisors for specific markets, based on market demand and competitiveness. As a team leader, you will develop clear and long-term restaurant opening road-maps, project guidelines and set performance expectations for the team. Lastly, you will manage project budgets and the full cycle of restaurant opening including market analysis, site selection, construction and renovation.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in Hospitality, Business Management, Real Estate or other related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of new restaurant and/or store opening experience working at a sizeable company, candidates with food and beverage industry working experience is highly preferred
- Solid business development experience in China and SEA countries
- Excellent property management skills with good knowledge with real estate laws, leasing administration and real estate financial skills
- Strong network in commercial real estate on a regional scale covering Hong Kong, China and SEA regions
- Proficient in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a pre-requisite for this role
