About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the General Manager, you will be mandated to identify the potential business partners to achieve business expansion goals. You will have a strong business sense to see the synergy from the partners, recommend the attractive and dual winning business deal to create the extra revenue for both sides. You are expected to have a sound negotiation skills to achieve the first to the market / exclusive / customer centric offerings brought to your customers in which customer experience is the critical path in your business. By leading a small team, you will also focus in account management to drive and maintain a long term relationship with your partners. This is an rare opportunity for someone in the market who has a passion and growth mindset to join a brand with an ambitious vision in Asia.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related disciplines
- 12+ years sales / business development / key account management experience
- Background from FMCG / Retail / F&B
- Exceptional seasoned in negotiation and deal closing to drive business growth
- Sound business acumen, outstanding presentation & communications skills
- Fast pace, dynamic, energetic, adaptable to changes and creative
- Fluent in English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
