About Our Client
Our client is a global leading manufacturer who specialized in OEM and ODM service of corporate premiums, toys, and consumer products with approximately 10,000 staff and owns five factories worldwide. Their clientele portfolios including but not limited to customers from Asia, America, and Europe. They are looking for a Business Development Director who would be reporting to a CEO, and responsible for take lead to develop green product line, conduct green concept implementation, maintain customer relationships, and project monitoring.
Job Duties
- Responsible for managing overall business development, lead generation and business development to ensure the sales and profit targets could be achieved. Strategically develop sales channels and implement sales plans for target markets
- Build and maintain customer relationships, constantly expand customer cooperation opportunities from strategic perspective, develop and transform clients' idea into a tangible product to ensure the customers' requirements and expectations
- Lead a team to achieve corporate goals and objectives, including but not limited to product and project planning, order follow-up, costing calculation, quality control, communicate with different stakeholders
- Develop and conduct a green concept recycling business, green product development and new technologies to expand business opportunities
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Business Management/ Sales & Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
- 8 years of experience in project management/ key account management/ business development is preferred
- Experience in green product development, project engineering, and green tariff is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and Power Point
- Fluent of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Willing to travel on regular business trips
