About Our Client:
Our client is reputable international bank, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Targeting MNCs with internation business trade, under a team of 6 focusing on new business developments
- Identify the right contact point (C-level) by using different online and offline tools
- Assisting customers via emails, calls and online chats in English and Chinese globally on a daily basis
- Providing personalised solution and frequent follow-up to each contact
- Liaising with internal departments as well as external parties to fulfil and expedite customers' requests
Requirement:
- 3 years corporate account management experience with Excellent verbal English and cantones;written English language communication skills are essential.
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service.
- Candidate with corporate banking experience is an advantages
