About our Client
Our client is a young and energetic F&B group and they established for a short period of time. In order to expand their business, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a small team to manage existing and potential new stores lease matters
- Maintain close relationships with developers, agents, and landlords to obtain latest lease information
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Project team) to ensure the company's goals are met
- Conduct regular research on traffic and feasibility of the site
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines with at least 6 years' F&B Business Development experience
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
