About our Client

Our client is a market leading home appliance group with strong presence in both international and local markets. To cope with expansion needs, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

About the Role

Report to the Global Sales Manager, you will be in charge of business development in mainland China market. You will make use of your previous sales management experience and connection to consolidate and manage existing key account and distributor relationship. You will also leverage your awareness of market trends and ability to develop, implement strategies to contribute to sales objectives. Develop sustainable, growth-oriented sales plan for the long term is your key focus.


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
  • 6+ years of solid experience in the field of business development
  • Previous wholesaler and distributor management experience in China is a must
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hardworking, smart, result driven and work well under pressure
