About the Client
Our client is a Hong Kong based premium healthcare service provider committed to provide prestigious healthcare and wellness services to patients. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now seeking a two new headcounts Business Development Manager & Assistant Business Development Manager to join them.
About the Role
Reporting to Head of Business Development, you are responsible for delivering the highest-quality guest experience for their key account clients. Besides, you will develop and plan guest recognition, with a focus on building connections, planning & preparing visit and the overall guest experience . Also, you will work closely with different department including Sales, Operations and Marketing teams on various initiatives for cohesive alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of working experience with Sales/Reservations/Guest Relations in Hospitality sector
- Good interpersonal, presentable, well-organized, customer-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
