Our clients are well-known retail companies and they are looking for System Analyst to join their team.
Job Descriptions
- Design, develop and upgrade the existing ERP, CRM and POS system
- Responsible for system installation, configuration, administration, patching, and troubleshooting
- Gather and analyse user requirements, and work closely with vendors on system change
- Perform application/technical design documentation
- Provide end-user training for new system launch and enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 3-4 years of experience in system development and support
- Familiar with Microsoft products not limited to Dynamic ERP (AX, Navision OR D365)
- Skills in C#, SQL, MySQL or Crystal report
- Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded
- High ability to work independently with solid vendor management experience
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
