About the Role
Reporting to the Program Head, your key focus is to provide insight, drive innovation and deliver projects related to e-Learning. You will be working closely with the key HR/Learning stakeholders to ensure requirements are aligned and understand the holistic employee experience, with adherence to IT principles and governance in driving digital learning projects aligned with the company's HR&IT strategy. You will pro-actively seeks new and innovative relevant technologies and manage the execution & technical delivery of the projects.
Responsibilities
With HR systems experience, you will have solid experience in translating business requirements into technical language, vice versa, with 8+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years delivering digital learning related projects. Preferably candidates with experience in retail/luxury retail/hospitality, you will demonstrate strategic, tactical, and operational skillset, experience managing end-to-end IT project lifecycles, as well as lead projects involving multiple internal/external, local/global parties. You will demonstrate strong innovative mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills in English. Candidates may be required to travel as needed.
