About our Client
Our client is a renowned conglomerate and they are currently looking for a Butler / Household Manager to support the group senior management's family and providing support on personal and family matters.
About the Role
- Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day to day operation for the family household of senior management
- Supervise the helpers in the family
- Organize family events including dinners, outgoing activities, family gatherings and trips
- Decide the food menu and liaise with helpers
- Perform as a personal shopper including online fashion and gadgets
- Responsible for property maintenance, renovation, repair, moving, pest control
- Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
The Successful Applicant
- With a minimum of 5 years experience in Personal Assistant or Catering service
- Good command in English and Cantonese
- Presentable and dependable, able to work independently and be detail-oriented
- Good cooking skills is a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, able to multi-tasking
