About The Client
Our client is a well-established company with regional headquarters in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an independent, driven, and enthusiastic C&B lead to join their HR team in Hong Kong.
About The Role
Sitting within the Group HR team, you will supervise a team of 7 and be responsible for full spectrum of C&B activities. This would include working on rewards projects and initiatives such as job evaluation and analysis, reviewing of salary structure using data, benefits review etc; and also oversee payroll management and HRIS system maintenance/ migration projects. As and when required, you would also analyse and present reports on compensation metrics to senior stakeholders. The role would report to the Head of HR whilst work closely with the executive management team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, highly adaptable to continual process improvements, and willing to take ownership. Strong communications skills and a flexible mindset will be crucial. Prior regional HR/C&B experience managing overseas countries will be essential, in addition, proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese required.
