About Our Client
Our client is a well-established conglomerate with a long history in Hong Kong. They are looking for a strong and strategic C&B specialist to take up the C&B Director role.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will guide business leaders in upgrading as well as developing and implementing compensation strategies that are aligned with market evolvement. You will be the project lead in developing compensation plans that are both equitable and competitive with the aim to encourage employee retention. As there will be international recruitment and cross border assignments for certain roles, you are expected to manage international assignments from a compensation, benefits design and administration perspective.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder with a minimum of 20+ years experience in C&B with team management. Candidate with previous consulting training would be an advantage. You should possess a sound compensation practice, legislations and trends in Hong Kong and Mainland China. You are required to be a proven team leader with effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. Good stakeholder management is necessary. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
