About the Client
Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturer. They are looking for a seasoned C&B Executive to join as part of the HR team, to support with hands on payroll and HR operational matters.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR manager, you will be responsible for all operational C&B matters including payroll processing, benefit administration and taxation. Besides, you will assist with gathering data for C&B projects such as salary review, salary proposal and benchmarking activities. In addition, You will work closely with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate processing and record keeping of monthly payroll, and related statutory filings.
The Successful Applicant
You should ideally be a degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines with at least 10 years Compensation & Benefits and payroll experience gained from sizable companies. You will be well-versed in local labour ordinance and familiar with MS office usage. You will be detail-minded and have strong numeric sense. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
