Our Client is a sizeable retail bank at growth mode. They are now looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the team to support company growth. As a Compensation and Benefits manager, you will be working closely with business leaders to ensure the bank remains competitive against market practices.
About The Role
Report directly into the head of HR, your major focus is to develop, redefine and monitor C&B strategy, policies and guidelines is aligned with company's objectives and values. You are also required to analyse market trends and developing appropriate incentive schemes as well as conducting job evaluation and market benchmarking. You will be leading the C&B team to review effectiveness of existing C&B structures and mechanisms meanwhile involved in day to day C&B operations work as required. Ad hoc projects will also be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant, you should have a business related degree with over 8 years experiences in banking or financial services sector. Sound Knowledge and expertise on latest C&B trends will help excel in this role. You should have strong analytical, consulting, communication and presentation skills. An Ideal applicant is equally comfort in hands on BAU duties while thinking strategically and influencing positive change at all levels of the organisation. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with both Cantonese and English is essential. Less experienced candidate will be consider as the role of assistant manager.
