About The Client
Our client is a Chinese securities firm, currently looking for a C&B professional (VP level) to join as part of the HR team. The role assumes all round C&B responsibilities, targeting candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience acquired from financial services sector (Chinese securities firm highly regarded).
About The Role
Reporting to the C&B lead, you will support and be responsible for all C&B duties including payroll checking and management, contracts preparation, reporting, benefits and tax administration, also annual exercises such as salary review and benchmarking. You will also support the team on other HR generalist duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or relevant disciplines, with minimum of 6 years C&B experience in financial services sector. Candidates with HR generalist background (with focus in C&B area), also proficiency in English and Mandarin will excel in this role. Immediately available candidates highly regarded.
