Our client is a renowed bank with core business around corporate and investment banking. As part of team expansion, they are currently hiring for a C&B Manager as the functional lead to oversee payroll, projects and annual C&B exercises. Candidates with banking HR experience is a must!
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for full spectrum of C&B responsibilities inclusive of daily operations e.g. payroll, MPF, benefits, tax filing; C&B projects e.g. performance management, annual salary & bonus review, market survey, insurance renewal, audit etc. You will also oversee HRIS maintenance and ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or related discipline with at least 5 years' experience acquired from Chinese financial institutions. You will be a hands-on individual and be the go-to person for all C&B matters. You will well-versed with local labour ordinance, demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills and numerical sense, whilst be familiar with MS office. Immediate available candidates highly regarded.
