About The Client
Our client is a well-established bank undergoing digital transformation process. They are now looking for a seasoned, strategic C&B Manager with 10+ years relevant experience (from financial services sector) to join the growing HR team. Competitive package offered to attract the best.

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will ensure the C&B programs enhance the bank's ability to recruit and retain employees as an Employer of Choice. You will identify and determine the causes of problems relating to C&B and suggest recommendations for improvement; you will also ensure all C&B processes satisfy company strategies and can bring forward effective business outcomes. As the C&B Manager, you will also proactively initiatie innovative approaches to employee compensation & incentive strategy and employee benefits programmes, whilst facilitate learning and knowledge transfer that contributes to elevating the business' capability in the C&B area. In addition, you will also be a matter expert for the Banking sector and research for business cases as required to deliver business competitivenesses.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with minimum 10+ years C&B experience from financial services sector, ideally banks or sizeable financial institutions. You will demonstrate prior experience in handling statistical data for business planning and decision making; sound experience with C&B and HRIS principles and procedures , and also familiar with banking HR practices and trends. In addition, you will demonstrate strong project management and critical thinking skills who can attend to details and excel within a fast-paced environment. Solid written, oral and interpersonl communication skills, alongside high proficiency in English & Chinese are required for this role.
