Our client is a listed retail group selling accessories and luxury products. They have over 250 branches across HK and APAC. As part of the business expansion, they are currently looking for a Senior C&B Officer to join the team.
About The Role
Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits functions including payroll processing, benefits administration and taxation for the frontline sectors in HK and other regions. Besides, you will participate in the C&B market surveys and analyse results to ensure market competitiveness. In addition, you will be involved in annual C&B exercises, including but not limited to medical plan and insurance renewals, job grading exercise and benchmark to ensure the business programs are equitable and aligned to business objectives. Lastly, you will assist in the development and execution of the C&B programs.
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years' working experience in C&B. Having worked in retail groups, F&B or sizeable companies is definitely a plus. Having good communication and problem-solving skills are highly preferred. You should be independent and can multi-task. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin are required. Candidate with less experience will be considered as C&B Officer.
